When will I receive my order?

Can I return my order?

Physical items in your order can be returned up to 14 days after your order is delivered. Please get in touch with your return request and for further instructions. Your items must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition, sealed and in the original packaging.

When can I download or listen to the music I have purchased?

Your purchase includes instant downloads of tracks ahead of release, go here to download them. We will send you an email when any further tracks become available for you to download.

Most of our vinyl records include a download card. The card includes a unique code with instructions on how to claim your download.
